Getting ready for your winter ski vacation isn't just about packing the right clothes, making the flight plans, and getting a hotel. Oh no, there’s much more to it. Yup, packing your thermal underwear is important, but, so are the sights, the smells and the adventure!

So when you plan ahead for your Colorado ski packages, make sure you put down an itinerary. I know, I know. Itineraries sound boring, but they don't have to be! We're not talking The Griswold's here.

A perfect itinerary includes a plan for restaurants, fun activities, sites to see, and make sure you spend enough time doing everything! When most people go on vacation they become super rushed and need another vacation from their vacation! But if you plan ahead, you’ll have the time of your life.

And lastly, put money aside for the little extras like a nice restaurant for example, but also keep put money aside for essentials or emergencies - the taxi you need to call from the airport (if you didn't make reservations) or the new jacket you need to buy because you somehow lost or misplaced the other one.
