It's definitely a hard choice to decide exactly where to go on your first or next adventure travel. The first step is to decide what part of the world you want to go to? If you are uncertain pick a trip that is popular among other adventure travelers like an African Safari or a Himalayan treck.
3. Am I in shape?
Decide whether or not your body will be able to handle the trip. Everyone assumes that you have to be an Olympian to adventure travel. There are many adventure travel trips that require low to moderate physical activities such as Class II and II river rafting (just hang on!), sea kayaking, skiing, etc...
